Unfortunately my loved ones were able to participate in the activities. We told them she would need somebody to come in at like 10 AM to wake her up if that was what was needed, help her to get to the commode and get washed and dressed. Some of the staff were rude to both our loved ones we were very clear in our beginning interview of what needs were, and they seem to totally ignore them. They told us would have physical therapy, that never happened. None of the things they said they would do were done. We did feel like they sold us a bill of goods that did not come through. We were not happy with all American assisted living. Top-notch medical care is less than 10 miles away at Inspira Medical Center.
